Thetford likes to get in touch with campers so that we can improve the camping experience. Thetford started the ‘Thetford Friends’ as a member your data may be used from time to send you personalised content that we are able to do by using your data.

1. As a Thetford Friend, we may ask you what you think of our existing or new products. In addition, as a Thetford Friend you will have the opportunity to test new products new to the market.
2. We will send the Thetford Friends information and news about camping, camping trade shows and our products by email. We also regularly give advice and tips for an even better camping experience.
3. Thetford Friends always have the option of not responding if we ask for an opinion. In addition, Thetford Friends have the option of unsubscribing from the Thetford Friend program at any time by using the unsubscribe button in the email they receive or by sending an email requesting this to marketingaus@thetford.com.au.
4. As a Thetford Friend you also have the right to access, erase, rectify, transfer or object to the use of their personal data at anytime.
5. Thetford will not store Thetford Friends’ data unless this is necessary. The data will be deleted if a Thetford Friend requests it or automatically if Thetford has had no contact with the Thetford Friend for three years.
