if you would like to exchange an item, item needs to be in sale condition free from wear and tear.

In the case of getting a refund for your purchase, item will need to be returned to us and will be accessed by our team

We know that sometimes things go wrong and not all cases are the same, so for this reason should you want to return a purchase for a exchange or refund you will need to lodge a request with your details and the details of your purchase so one of our friendly staff members will get in touch to assist you with your request.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
