Shipping Policy/ Information

Any purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase date and will have tracking available for customers once the shipment is picked up from our warehouse within Australia.

Please note: We can only ship to a physical addresses, P.O Box addresses will not be accepted.

All packages under 25kgs are deemed as standard size with Express and Standard shipping options are available

With metro delivery addresses shipping should take between 2- 5 business days.

With remote and rural delivery addresses,  shipping can vary but should take between 5-10 business days depending on how remote the location..

With all deliveries of bulky goods (more than 25kgs) tracking details will be updated when item is shipped.

Please note: All bulky items are delivered on a skid or pallet depending on size to ensure that product has the best chance of not being damaged in transit. Due to this bulky items are only able to be delivered to locations that can manage the safe offloading of pallets and skids.
