What is the best additive to use?

Using sachets or liquid is a matter or preference – if you would prefer to measure out how much additive to use, you should buy liquid. If you want the additive to already be the correct measure then you should buy sachets. For colour, it depends on where you will be emptying the tank. There are some national parks which have rules prohibiting the blue additive. Blue is stronger but MUST go into a designated dump point. Green can be emptied into a septic tank.

I am using an additive but getting algae build up.

You need to clean out the tank fully to ensure there is no waste left behind then use the Aqua Rinse additive to remove algae.

Where is the serial number on my product?

There will be a data badge on your appliance which will contain the serial number. The location of this depends on the product.
