We are currently in extraordinary times, facing huge challenges and uncertainty, and we would like to thank you for your continued dedication and commitment.

What this essentially means is that the way we interact with each other must change and to do this we must work in cooperation to support our mutual businesses during this challenging time. I want to assure you that Thetford is here for the long haul and we will do what we can to support our customers during this ever changing business environment, that is why we are still here and open for business albeit on a restricted basis. We aim to keep supplying your business for as long as we can or until we are instructed to close by the Government.

The health and safety of our employees and customers has been our priority. In these uncertain times, our commitment to you hasn’t changed. We are taking every step to ensure our employees and customers are safe.
We ask for your understanding and patience as we may need to implement further measures to mitigate risks to our employees and sill service our customers.

Our leadership team is meeting daily to assess the situation and ensure our people are safe and supported and we will continue to provide our valued customers updates along the way to keep everyone informed.
